What to expect

My unique appleyoga teaching style will touch the physical body through detailed alignment cues, with heart-mind contemplations to attune and transform you deeply within.

Expect poetry, invocational mantras & Kirtan; flowing, static, simple & dynamic movements; breath work - pranayama; meditation and a deep blissful rest.

Suitable for

Strong beginners upwards.
(not suitable for pregnant or 0-6 months of postnatal phase)
