Course Description
Acclaimed yoga teacher Katy Appleton introduces two unique vinyasa flow practices inspired by the element of Air. These two 45 minute flows are designed to rebalance your energy and provide lightness and compassion to your body and mind.
Solar: A dynamic practice working with arm balances for core power and backbends to open your heart. This uplifting flow will leave you feeling delighted and serene.
Lunar: A soothing practice including gentle backbends, twists and yin poses, offers time in life for reflection and grace. This flow will leave you rested and restored.
Katy Appleton brings to yoga more than 25 years of expertise in movement through ballet, Pilates, body tuning, breath and energy work. Katy's teaching is biomechanically savvy whilst fun and playful, bringing you to a deeper embodied self within your yoga practice.
